木もれびアルキテクト Comorebi Arquitecto

3ヶ月ぶりの日本食。この日をどれだけ待ちわびたことか。帰国したその日は、京都は東山七条のちっちゃいけど美味しい居酒屋さん、焼酎処こころで日本のご飯を食べました。まぐろの刺身！とろけるわ。
After three months I could finally eat Japanese food. I'd been longing for the day. I had a meal at the small but yummy Izakaya, Kokoro in Higashiyamashichijyo, Kyoto. Tuna sashimi! It melted in my mouth.

そして僕の三大好物のひとつ、蛸！美味い！

そして、ふるさと神戸へ。帰国して真っ先に食べたかったのが、イヅミーのおばちゃんのお好み焼き！ここのお好み焼きにはコリッコリの明石の蛸がたっぷり入ってます。高校から通ってるお好み焼き屋さんで、僕の身体の８割はここのお好み焼きで形成されています。
I then went back to my hometown Kobe. First and foremost, I really wanted to eat this. Okonomiyaki which has the local fresh octopus, cooked by Izmi's grandma! I've had it since I was in high school. The 80 percent of my body consists of this Okonimiyaki.


ちょうど福岡からタッチラグビー仲間が神戸遠征に来てたので、おのお店に無理矢理連れて来ました。外国人が多いので、どやっ！これが日本が世界に誇るお好み焼きやっ！って感じで。みんな喜んでくれてました。
I took my touch rugby mates from Fukuoka to this restaurant. This is one of the most beautiful meals we Japanese are proud of! I was so pleased that they loved it.
